論文概要（和文）	ポリコサノールは米ぬかに含まれる機能性成分で、運動能力やストレス耐性の向上、小型LDLコレステロールの低減作用や肝機能の改善などの効果を示すことが知られている。しかし、ポリコサノールは水溶性が非常に低いため吸収性が低くなっている。本研究では、シクロデキストリン（CD）による腸管吸収性の改善を目的として、CDを用いたポリコサノール包接体の調製と腸液への溶解度を評価した。 その結果、α-CDによりポリコサノールの溶解度が向上することが分かった。
論文概要（英文）	Policosanol is contained in rice bran and is known as a functional ingredient that has effects such as improvement of athletic ability and stress tolerance. But it has low water solubility and therefore low absorbability. In this study, for the purpose of improvement of intestinal absorbability by cyclodextrins (CDs), preparation of policosanol inclusion complexes using CDs and their solubility in artificial intestinal fluid were evaluated. As a result, we found that α-CD increased the solubility of policosanol, which may show the absorption enhancement.
