論文概要（和文）	難消化性デキストリンとは、ブドウ糖がつながった構造を持つ体内酵素で消化されない物質の総称です。 デンプンを加熱処理、酵素処理すると、体内の酵素で分解されにくい（難消化性）部分が得られます。これを分離、精製して難消化性デキストリンは製造されています。 また、同じデンプン由来であるシクロデキストリン（環状のデキストリン）にも難消化性のものがあります。
論文概要（英文）	Ｉndigestible dextrin is the generic name of compound which bonded with some glucose and hard to degrade by human digestive enzyme. The (Indigestible) compound which hard to degrade by human digestive enzyme is dismantled by heat or enzyme treatment of starch. Then, indigestible dextrin is produced by its separation and purification. In addition, one of cyclodextrin (cyclic dextrin) which derived the same starch origin, is also indigestible.
