αシクロデキストリン（以下、αCD）は、水溶性の難消化性デキストリンとして「水溶性食物繊維」に分類され、体重減少効果、便秘改善効果、コレステロール減少効果、中性脂肪減少効果、血糖値上昇抑制効果等を持つ機能性食品素材として注目されている。ビトロでの実験結果からαCDはトリグリセリドと強く結合することが知られている。本研究では放射性同位体ラベル化したトリオレインおよびトリパルミチンを摂取しているラットにαCDを摂取させた際の排泄物中の脂肪酸について検討した。 |

α-Cyclodextrin (αCD) is a beneficial dietary fiber to reduce blood glucose level, neutral fat level and also body weight. In this study, we studied fatty acids in excrement when αCD was ingested in rats ingesting radioisotope labeled triolein and tripalmitin. |
