論文概要（和文）	<特開2008-291150>アスタキサンチン（AX）は高い抗酸化作用をもち、紫外線や脂質過酸化から生体を防御する因子として働いていると考えられている物質です。 このアスタキサンチンをγシクロデキストリンで包接することにより、抗酸化作用をさらに高めることができます。
